Nic is a passionate advocate for access and equity in education. She has worked extensively in the youth, education and development sectors across Australia and overseas for the last 20 years. Having completed a Bachelor of Social Work at UQ, a Graduate Diploma of Education at QUT and recently a Graduate Certificate in Career Development at JCU she has a real appreciation for the student experience and is keen to support students in overcoming any challenges that present in their learning journey. When she's not working, you'll find her in the ocean, as a surf lifesaver at Redcliffe Peninsula SLSC or in the kitchen baking sweet treats.

Bee Ram is a dedicated professional with over 18 years of experience in the Higher Education and Vocational Education and Training (VET) sectors. Holding a degree in Psychology, Bee brings a deep understanding of student engagement and support, with a strong commitment to fostering inclusive and enriching learning environments. Bee is passionate about enhancing the student experience and contributing to their academic and personal success. Outside of work, Bee enjoys travelling, walking, and exploring diverse cultures and cuisines, and is a devoted dog enthusiast.

Pearl Feaunati

Manager | Beenleigh

Pearl is deeply passionate about people and committed to making a meaningful impact.  With over 10 years of experience in the Youth and Employment sector, she has dedicated her career to supporting the community in realising their full potential.  Having been inspired by exceptional Community Champions, Pearl now focuses on developing and mentoring the next generation of leaders through initiatives in education, employment, and personal development.  She is continually eager to learn and contribute, believing strongly in championing the success of others – whether through structured programs or supporting from the sidelines at a footy game.

Joline Shervey

Administration Coordinator | Beenleigh

Joline is passionate about equality, supporting students from all walks of life through their learning journey. She believes in making learning accessible, meaningful and rewarding for everyone. With her background in education, community development, and coaching, she brings experience and heart to her role. Outside of work, you’ll find Joline playing with her cats, gardening, creating art, cooking world cuisines, or writing young adult fantasy fiction.
